The purpose of this article is to provide a general overview of Trunking.io Self-Service Portal.
Note: you should access the Trunking.io portal only through the 2600Hz Platform Admin app (Monster UI or Comm.Land) to ensure both platforms remain in sync.
After accessing Trunking.io portal using the Trunking.io app in your 2600Hz Platform Admin app, you will gain access to the Self-Service Portal.

Opt-In Message Wizard: follow the wizard to set up the opt-in messages your customers will use.

My Brands: register your company’ brand management Campaign for SMS messaging.

A Brand is the legal entity of the business that will be sending SMS traffic. Registering a Brand is the first step towards sending outbound SMS traffic.
Any company that wants to legally send bulk SMS or MMS must register their Campaign with TCR (The Campaign Registry), a centralized platform in the US that manages SMS/MMS campaign registration to ensure compliance with A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) requirements for sending messages through American mobile networks.
Without an active campaign registered through TCR, most carriers will not allow A2P messages to be sent. TCR helps prevent spam and ensures messages are sent by verified sources.
Service Providers should use TCR to ensure their customers comply with US carrier rules, allowing SMS/MMS messages to be delivered without being blocked.
TCR offers APIs that CSPs (Campaign Service Providers) can use and embed into their own platforms. Once a brand and campaign are submitted to TCR, the responsibility for approving them falls to the upstream provider (for example, Inteliquent or Bandwidth). In the Trunking.io portal, the application form has been simplified to improve user experience. After submission, any further communication is handled via the email address used by the reseller during signup.
There is plenty of information online about successful brand and campaign submissions. Use this resource to understand best practices and ensure your submission meets all requirements.
Note: if a brand registration is rejected, it cannot be edited — you must submit either a completely new brand or re-submit the same one.
My Use Cases: here, you can configure and manage your SMS use cases based on the successful brand Campaign registrations completed in the “My Brands” tab.
