Trunking.io is a sister company to 2600Hz. It operates as a distinct legal entity and voice service provider. Trunking.io is integrated with 2600Hz Admin portal, but due to FCC regulations, requires a separate account setup.

- Number Management: Trunking.io is tightly integrated with 2600Hz. This means, numbers can be purchased directly from the 2600Hz Admin portal, and automatically fulfilled by Trunking.io. Non-2600Hz customers can purchase numbers using Trunking.io.
- SMS/MMS and Campaign Management: the platform supports sending and receiving SMS/MMS messages, as well as texting campaign registration, in compliance with federal laws.
- Integration with E911 Emergency Services: the platform provides integration with E911 services, allowing users to configure alerts and create emergency addresses for dynamic call routing. For 2600Hz Shared Hosted platform, Emergency Services are offered as a part of the UCaaS solution.
- Numbers Porting: Trunking.io provides a user-friendly flow for porting numbers from other carriers.
